Starting new strength Cycles with 2 of my clients who are looking to increase their overall strength, specifically on the major compound lifts – Deadlift, Squat, Bench Press etc.

Have 3 different HIIT & MetCon sessions planned for my other clients (first session back after the new year)… They are going to be sore tomorrow!
