I program for professional and amateur athletes around the world, as well as fitness professionals and enthusiasts who want to take their training to the next level.
I also mentor fitness professionals/aspiring fit-pros to achieve more within the fitness industry.
How it works:
Step1: Drop me an email to receive an Onboarding Document – this document ensures I can offer you the best possible service.
Step 2: Book in a 1to1 Zoom call (1-Hour).
Step 3: During the Zoom call, we will go through a full Needs Analysis – discuss your wants, needs and goals.
Step 4: Create a bespoke 6-week plan to achieve your goals – I will set you homework!
Step 5: Work through the plan with evaluations and modifications throughout – Zoom 1to1’s at week 3 and 6, and email/text support throughout.
This mentorship program is tailored specifically to your goals, whether they be training, business, or both.

The Onboarding Document consists of a few short questions that allow me to get a good understanding of what you are looking to achieve and whether I am the best person to help you – if I don’t take you on as a client, it is because I feel there are better options for you to progress.
