In enrolling at 5S Fitness Ltd/signing the PARQ, participant understands that he/she is attending the programs and using 5S Fitness Ltd and the facilities does so at his/her own risk. 5S Fitness Ltd and its owners, employees or agents, shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury or property loss sustained by participant with his/her family in or about any programs on the premises. Participants and parents assume full responsibility for all injuries and damages which occur in or about any programs on the premises, He/She does hereby fully and forever release discharged hold harmless 5S Fitness Ltd, all associated facilities and its owner, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages or rights of action, present or future resulting from any person’s participation in any programs or use of the facility. In addition, he/she agree(s) to follow the rules of conduct and play set by 5S Fitness Ltd. Failure to do so may result in suspension from participation.

Gym Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Gym membership is a 6-month contract with no joining fee.

After the initial 6 months, the membership turns into a monthly rolling contract that can be cancelled at any time.

Cancellations must be given in writing via email: info@5sfitness.co.uk

Memberships cancelled after the payment has been taken will not be refunded.

Membership cannot be paused or stopped temporarily.

Personal Training Cancellation & Refund Policy:

There is a no refund policy on block bookings.

All sessions must be used within 6 months of purchasing the block booking.

Clients must cancel their session an hour before morning sessions, or before 12 noon for evening sessions, if they fail to do so the full session charge will be taken.
