Here at 5S, it’s all about bringing Strength & Conditioning to the masses – come try a full week for FREE!

The gym encompasses a large open plan floor space, surrounded by countless Olympic Bars, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Sledges, Battle Ropes, and various other training equipment and apparatus.

The back wall is dominated by a huge training rig which is made up of 6 power racks (12 squat racks) and a huge monkey bar run. Joined to this is our “Weights Pit” complete with a heavy-duty power rack, bench press, and other weight lifting equipment.

The Gym is open 6 days a week with 5 classes running daily:

  • 5S Strength – Learn how to Squat, Press, and Deadlift with the Barbell.

  • 5S Conditioning – High-Intensity Circuit Training.

All the classes are taken by our highly qualified 5S Coaches, who also provide our other services such as personal training. The coaches are always available throughout the day to give members advice and help with their training.

Opening Times:

Mon-Fri: Open Gym 6:30am-8:30pm – 5 Classes Daily.

Sat: Open Gym 8:30am-2pm – 1 Class.
