5S Nutrition 5(Serves 5)

✔50mil Water
✔1tbsp Chia Seeds
✔1tsp TRKG Syrup (honey is an alternative but not preferable)
Add these together and leave in fridge for 30 min to set

✔100g Oats
✔1tsp Cocoa
✔2 Scoop Protein
✔20ml Almond Milk
✔1tsp Peanut Butter (optional)
✔1 Serving of Stevia

Add altogether in bowl and mix together then add the water mix and mix altogether (use hands as easier)
Make Into balls then leave in fridge over night to set

Can be eaten as they are or warm them up for 10-20 seconds in the microwave
