JayI’m doing anywhere from 20-30 hours of  1 to 1 Personal Training a week and most of my sessions take place in the 5S Functional Fitness Facility in Macclesfield (When training in the facility it is just the coach and the client).

One of my real passions is taking group sessions and classes, especially when I’m really pushing people to their limits and they are all helping to motivate each other. However nothing can beat 1 to 1 Personal Training when it comes to developing programming that is specific to an individuals needs and goals.

When working 1 to 1 with a client it allows me to deliver training that is not only targeted towards their primary goals, but also towards rehabilitating previous injuries and correcting postural issues, muscular imbalances and asymmetries. (When I’m not working with my sports specific clients, client goals are usually along the lines of fat loss and lean muscle gains)
