Protein Pancakes!

✔30g Oats
✔Half a scoop of Whey Protein
✔2 Egg Whites
✔1 tablespoon of Almond Flour
✔75ml Almond Milk

Serve with a handful of berries or banana and a tablespoon of fat free Greek yoghurt (optional)

Mix ingredients into a bowl together until smooth

Heat up a frying pan with coconut oil

Once warm add a bit of the mixture to make a pancake (makes around 4 pancakes)
