45 Inch Box Jump… Going for 50!
A high Box Jump requires explosive strength/power in the legs and also good flexibility to get the knees to your chest mid air and land in a deep squat position. A maximal box jump however requires confidence more than anything... Especially if done on solid blocks, rather than soft/cushioned plyo boxes.
