45 Inch Box Jump… Going for 50!

A high Box Jump requires explosive strength/power in the legs and also good flexibility to get the knees to your chest mid air and land in a deep squat position.

A maximal box jump however requires confidence more than anything… Especially if done on solid blocks, rather than soft/cushioned plyo boxes.

Here I am quite confidently achieving a 45 inch box jump… 50 Inch is the goal!
