Had some great meetings today at 5S Fitness Macclesfield.
Our aim is to take on another 1500sq ft upstairs in our current gym.
Having the upstairs will allow us to double the amount of evening classes we run and more than quadruple our capacity!
The upstairs will consist of conditioning (circuits), pad blast sessions (hitting pads and bags), and yoga. While the downstairs will consist of strength, strongman/woman and Olympic lifting sessions.
Lets make this happen!
