Had some great meetings today at 5S Fitness Macclesfield. Our aim is to take on another 1500sq ft upstairs in our current gym. Having the upstairs will allow us to double the amount of evening classes we run and more than quadruple our capacity! Had a great first week of 2018! Lots of new faces in the gym in Macclesfield... Hopefully it will get busier and busier. We are playing with the idea of running strongman/woman classes through the week and also introducing pad based conditioning - striking pads and bags.
