It encompasses all aspects of physical training, taking a more educated, evidence based approach to programming exercise… Yes, it’s all about strengthening the body, but that doesn’t just mean weight training… Strength & Conditioning also includes speed & agility, endurance training and core stability work just to name a few.
Strength & Conditioning is the basis of all physical activity and here at 5S we aim to help you to become the fittest, fastest, strongest and healthiest version of yourself.
5S Strength & Conditioning classes are geared more towards the strengthening aspect of Strength & Conditioning.
Our 5S coaches will introduce you to a more educated, evidence based approach to weight training… Concentrating on developing good form and technique, whilst progressing you to becoming the strongest you can be!
