What are 5S HIIT & MetCon Classes?

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and involves working to high intensities for short periods of time followed by short intervals of rest.

MetCon stands for Metabolic Conditioning and involves vigorous, high intensity circuit-type workouts that often include challenging total body, compound exercises and very short recovery intervals.

Both these types of training burn huge amounts of calories not only during the session, but for hours after “After burn”… Producing a much greater net fat loss throughout the day, as well as increased lean muscle gains which will result in an even greater increase in Basal Metabolic Rate (The rate at which we burn fat at rest)

5S HIIT & MetCon classes are geared more towards the conditioning aspect of Strength & Conditioning.

Using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Metabolic Conditioning principles, our 5S coaches will push you to your limits on intense circuit based workouts… Burning huge amounts of calories not just during the session, but for hours afterwards!… Getting you fitter, leaner and stronger than you have ever been!
