Started my first book – 5S Strength & Conditioning.
In this book I aim to put across the 5S concept of Strength & Conditioning… It will not be referencing any academic journals or articles, which may steer many accomplished S&C practitioners away… However, It will hopefully make for an easy read for those that don’t yet have an in depth knowledge of physical training, but do want to take on a more educated approach to exercise… They are after all the people I am trying to engage.
