Kit needed: Kettlebells / Dumbbells / Resistance Band / Bosu Ball / Medicine Ball
- 20 Glute Bridges (No added weight)
- 20 Side Walks – 10 to left, 10 to right (Resistance Band)
- 20 Sumo Kettlebell Deadlifts (20-40kg Kettlebell)
- 20 Goblet Squats (12-20kg Kettlebell)
- 20 Bosu Lateral Jump Squats (Bosu Ball / 5-10kg Medicine Ball – There and back = 1 rep)
- 20 Weighted Step Ups (Truck Tyre, Step or Box / 10-20kg Kettlebells or Dumbbells – In each hand)
Finish each set with shuttles: Mark 10 meters – Run there and back (20m) 10 times in under a minute.
