Will be Alderley Edge tonight for 2x 1 hour sports massage sessions on two of my running specific clients (Cross Country, half/Full Marathons)
The clients compete regularly and receive sports massages once per week to keep them in tiptop condition and feeling great.
Regular sports massage treatments will keep the soft tissue in good health and allow the sports therapist to spend more time on areas that need extra attention. It will also allow the sports therapist really get to know “what’s normal for the individual” (Muscle tone etc.)
