Currently working towards a 300kg deadlift. It’s going to be a long road, but confident I can beat it.
Here I’m pulling 200kg +30kg of Chains (Accommodating Resistance).
I’m feeling pretty good around the 200kg mark, rep max at that weight is 7 reps. However, as soon as I get past the 230kg mark, the weight REALLY starts to feel heavy!
