Had a great first week of 2018!

Lots of new faces in the gym in Macclesfield… Hopefully it will get busier and busier.

We are playing with the idea of running strongman/woman classes through the week and also introducing pad based conditioning – striking pads and bags.

In the future, when we take the upstairs (another 1400 square foot), we are looking to have all the strength/strongman/Olympic lifting downstairs, and all the conditioning based classes upstairs. We are also looking to introduce a yoga class three times a week upstairs, which will hopefully bring in a whole new group of people.

I’m definitely keen to get into a bit of yoga, years of battering my body have definitely left in need of some care haha.
