Introducing new 5S Coach Shaun.
Shaun is an England Athletics Coach in Running Fitness, Mountain Leader qualified, and a White Water Kayak Coach.
He is a sponsored OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) athlete and has represented Team UK at the last 3 OCR World Championships. In 2017 he finished 3rd in age group at the Spartan Race European Championships, racing over 12 miles at altitude in the Pyrenees, Andorra.
Shaun was also the 2009 British Vets champion in canoe slalom.
Shaun runs running and OCR specific sessions at 5S Fitness.
