Come along and try a FREE week at 5S Fitness – Macclesfield.

No need to book in, come down anytime from 6:30am-9pm and train under expert Strength & Conditioning coaches.

You can train on your own or take part in any of our 6 classes daily.

The classes consist of Strength sessions (barbell training) and Conditioning sessions (high intensity circuit training). We also run specialist classes – Olympic lifting and Strongman/Woman training.

All ages and abilities welcome… We also run classes for kids and teenagers.
