Conditioning Challenge 1.

10 minute AMRAP Kettlebell snatches.

  • Do not allow the kettle bell to touch the floor. The moment the weight touches the floor its counted as ‘broken’.
  • AMRAP – As Many Reps As Possible
  • Weight – Depending on ability 16kg at the lower end, 20kg mid-range, 24kg heaviest.
Work hard, don’t give in. Shoot for around 120-150 reps, if you can chalk your hands. Good luck.
