My 2nd Book is Now Published!
 
It’s an indescribable feeling, publishing works you have spent countless hours on. I really enjoyed writing this book, taking the pictures and making the videos, and it has been amazing to see my publisher put it all together… They do an unbelievable job!
 
Years spent as an Army Physical Training Instructor and Strength & Conditioning Coach, have made me very aware of how essential running is to our goals. However, studies show that over 80% of runners suffer injuries, or are in pain because of their running.
 
This is often because individuals don’t have the required strength, endurance and mobility in their structures to accommodate the stress running places on their body. Therefore, I have written a book to solve these issues.
