Working on getting three books finished, ready to be published on Amazon in both paper back and kindle.

The first book is an exercise guide on how to fix posture and is currently with a copy editor. It will be the first book to be released.

While that is being finished, I am working on the second and third books. The second is a strength training guide for runners, while the third is a strength training guide for fighters.

I have also planned the fourth book, which is a strength training guide for OCR (obstacle course race) athletes.

Can’t wait to get these initial books out there. I will be looking to publish a new book as often as I can. When I’m not coaching or training, I am at the gym desk writing, and with over fifty book ideas already in my head, I have no shortage of ideas or work to get cracking with.
