Will be doing some Speed, Agility & Quickness work with some sports specific clients tonight – Working with speed ladders, cones and hurdles.
It is vital to incorporate all of the components of fitness into our training. The level 3 personal Training qualification simply does not give trainers the in depth knowledge they need to really apply specific training that will develop the individual components of fitness in the most effective and efficient ways possible.
That’s why its vital for PT’s to carry on studying, researching, working with other coaches and applying what they learn in their own training and their PT sessions… Its like the saying “You learn to drive after you have passed your test”.
