Making them Deadlift gains – 5×5 @200kg
Although I like to mix up sumo and conventional (tend to max out on sumo), I will be transitioning to conventional for a whole phase of training. Along with deep, narrow stance, high bar back squatting… Taking down the weight and building back up.
I’ve made good progression hitting the maximal effort method (90%+) multiple times a week. However, I feel my soft tissues are in need of a mix up in exercise selection, reduced intensity and increased volume… Looking forward to it!
