5S Fitness have been working a long side Lisa who’s Meal Prep is absolutely outstanding and has an endless list of healthy recipes.

She loves strength & high intensity training and we are proud to say after taking on a 6 week Strength & Conditioning Package with Jay she is now off to complete her level 3 in Personal Training (and many other fitness/nutritional qualifications)

I have trained personally with Lisa and know potential when I see it… There’s a lot of bog standard PT’s out there and 5S prides itself on providing the highest standard of Physical Training, Sports Therapy & Nutrition… We will be looking forward to seeing Lisa’s progression in the coming months.
