Meal Prepping in bulk has become a staple for a lot of fitness professional/athletes and is fast becoming a standard way to organise meals for people from all works of life… From Builders to office workers.
Since I started prepping all my meals for the working week I have not looked back! (Meal Prep for Mon-Fri – I cook fresh on the weekends and also prepare breakfast fresh each morning)
Its by far the most time effective method, often resulting in huge savings as a result of buying food in bulk and as the meals are ready to go, it saves me from the temptation of going out and buying lunch or dinner.
