5S Gym Membership
Here at 5S, it’s all about bringing Strength & Conditioning to the masses – come try a full week for FREE!
The gym encompasses a large open plan floor space, surrounded by countless Olympic Bars, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Sledges, Battle Ropes, and various other training equipment and apparatus.
The back wall is dominated by a huge training rig which is made up of 6 power racks (12 squat racks) and a huge monkey bar run. Joined to this is our “Weights Pit” complete with a heavy-duty power rack, bench press, and other weight lifting equipment.
The Gym is open 6 days a week with 5 classes running daily:
